One of the methods of infertility treatment is the method of surrogate motherhood.
We would like to note that Ukrainian legislation is one of the most progressive and favorable in the world and Europe for surrogate motherhood. According to point 2 of article 123 of the Family code of Ukraine in case of transfer to other woman of the embryo conceived by spouses, parents of the child are spouse. A surrogate mother does not have and can not have any parental rights.
