Services

We offer biological parents organization and legal support of the program of surrogate motherhood in Ukraine, as well as selection of surrogate mother and egg donor who are ready to take part in your program. We will organize full medical inspections and preparation of surrogate mother and egg donor to participate in the program.

1. Services in the program of surrogacy

Selection of surrogate mother:
- Selection and granting of candidate of surrogate mother from our base of surrogate mothers
- Granting of the detailed questionnaire by surrogate mother, with photo and necessary information
- All surrogate mothers have passed medical examination, according to Order requirements № 771 Ministries of health protection of Ukraine from 23.12.2008
- Check of psychological readiness of surrogate mother to start the program, estimation of her behavior, personal moral and psychological qualities;
- Organization of a meeting of genetic parents with surrogate mother (if genetic parents want)

Legal services:
- Legal consultations concerning surrogacy in Ukraine
- Carrying out of negotiations between genetic parents and surrogate mother
- Drafting and contract conclusion between genetic parents and surrogate mother, according to the legislation of Ukraine, taking into account practical recommendations of our lawyers
- Drafting of the informed consent of genetic parents on baring by surrogate mother of embryo received as a result of IVF
- Preparation of all necessary documents for clinic to start the surrogacy program
- Unlimited quantity of legal consultations for genetic parents during action of surrogacy program
- Representation of interests of genetic parents in dialogue with surrogate mother or relatives of surrogate mother
- Legal consultations for surrogate mother
- Drafting of the statement of surrogate mother about absence of claims to biological parents which should be signed on termination of the program of surrogate motherhood
- Drafting of documents for registration of birth of the child
- Assistance in registration and reception of the birth certificate of the child
- Preparation of documents for giving in consulate

Organizational services:
- Full coordination of your program of surrogate motherhood by our managers, beginning from medical preparation of surrogate mum, genetic mum (or egg donor if the donor program is used) till reception of the Ukrainian birth certificate of the child.
- Services of the translator during the meetings with surrogate mother and visits to clinic.
- Coordination of work with clinic during preparation for the program, stimulation of surrogate mother and genetic mother, embryo transfer and pregnancy supervision.
- Organization of residing, meal and medical supervision of surrogate mother during pregnancy (from the moment of pregnancy confirmation up to delivery)
- Appointment of the personal curator (with the higher medical education) for all period of pregnancy of surrogate mother who controls health of surrogate mother and your child besides planned visits to the doctor, behavior of surrogate mother during pregnancy, nutrition, performance of doctors' prescriptions and taking vitamins and medicines, regular visiting of clinic and taking of necessary analyses. If necessary the curator can live with surrogate mother, on purpose of the most operative help in various situations.
- Organization of way of life for surrogate mum: purchase of products, apartment cleaning, laundry, dry-cleaner, small household repair.
- Regular informing of biological parents on behavior and state of health of surrogate mother, a course of the pregnancy, taken medical examinations and its results, performance by surrogate mother of the obligations under the contract.
- At your desire - organization of meetings with the surrogate mother during pregnancy and (or) correspondence (translation of letters).
- Life insurance and health of surrogate mother for pregnancy and delivery and coordination of work with the insurance company
- Organization of delivery of surrogate mother
- Psychological consultations of surrogate mother till the moment of the introduction into the program, during pregnancy and after delivery on purpose of creation and preservation psychological comfort for surrogate mum and for your child.
- Assistance in arranging DNA test to prove fatherhood and motherhood concerning the born child (genetic examination)

2. Services in the egg donor program
- Selection and granting of candidate of the egg donor from our base
- Granting of the profile of the egg donor
- Check of a state of health of the egg donor according to Order requirements № 771 Ministries of health protection of Ukraine from 23.12.2008
- Full coordination of the program oocytes donation.

3. Organization of your visit to Ukraine
- Granting of all necessary information concerning your visit to Ukraine
- Translation service
- Assistance in choosing and hotel booking
- Meeting at the airport and transfer
- Granting of the car with the driver
- Organization of excursions in Kiev, visiting of sights, museums, theatres.
