As the result in many programs of our clients pregnancy comes already after the first attempt. On the average it is possible to count on 2-3 attempts.

Each program of surrogate motherhood passes through some stages:

Stage 1
- Genetic parents choose a candidate of surrogate mother from base of surrogate mothers of our company. All our candidates have passed inspection according to the Order № 771 Ministries of health protection of Ukraine from 23.12.2008. After the confirmation of candidature by the intended parents, surrogate mother passes through repeated medical examination in reproduction clinic (some analyses are valid within 3 months). After inspection the clinic gives out the conclusion about readiness of surrogate mother to enter the program.
- Genetic parents can personally meet the chosen candidate of surrogate mother and with the help of our lawyers they can discuss the contract's provisions.
- Proceeding from wishes of genetic parents and surrogate mother our lawyers make the contract.
- After contract signing between genetic parents and surrogate mother the preparation for medical part of the program is realized. During the given preparation the employees of our company co-ordinate interactions between clinic, genetic parents and surrogate mother.

Stage 2
- In reproduction clinic the procedure of IVF and transfer of embryo, conceived by genetic parents is realized. Genetic mother or egg donor (if the donor program is used) and surrogate mother pass through medicamentous stimulation which purpose is: maturing of ovules in genetic mother (egg donor) and parallel preparation of an organism of surrogate mum for embryo (or embryos) transfer. Stimulation of genetic mother can be conducted in clinic, where she was observed earlier (in her country) under condition of coordinated work with the doctor of the Ukrainian clinic. Stimulation lasts from 30 till 45 days. After stimulation the puncture of oocytes, fertilization in vitro, cultivation of embryos (from 3 till 5 days) and embryos transfer to an organism of surrogate mum is made. In 2 weeks after embryo transfer the surrogate mum takes the blood analysis on pregnancy and if it positive, in 2 weeks she goes on ultrasonic inspection during which doctor visualizes fetal egg in a cavity of uterus of surrogate mum. By this method the pregnancy is confirmed.
- After medical confirmation of pregnancy the personal curator is appointed to surrogate mother for the whole period of pregnancy, who controls health of surrogate mother and your child (besides planned visits to the doctor), behavior of surrogate mother during pregnancy, meal, performance of doctors' prescriptions, taking medicines and vitamins, regular visiting of clinic and taking of necessary analyses.
- Employees of our company help to solve all questions connected with residing of surrogate mother in Kiev during pregnancy, her nutrition and medical supervision.
- Genetic parents regularly receive the information on state of health of surrogate mother and pregnancy course.
- Managers of our company help to conduct correspondence between genetic parents and surrogate mother during pregnancy (translate and send letters)
- Any time genetic parents can meet surrogate mother and communicate.

Stage 3
- Organization of delivery of surrogate mother (physiological or Cesarean section) in maternity hospital.
- Organization of your visit to Ukraine before delivery of surrogate mother
- Organization of stay of surrogate mum and your child in maternity hospital (clothes, food, medicines (if necessary), sanitary articles for the child)
- Preparation of all necessary documents for registration of a birth of the child.
- Assistance in registration of birth of the child
